Returns Package

You can return the goods, with sufficient postage, in the original packaging, if this is reasonably possible. & nbsp; We request that you enclose a copy of the invoice / packing slip or proof of purchase and the fully completed withdrawal form. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The return address depends on the product you purchased, after your notification of withdrawal you will receive the return address for your shipment.

After receipt of the goods, your return shipment will be processed and you will be informed about the further processing. Any reimbursement of the purchase amount will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If the goods are returned damaged, partially consumed or used, you can be held liable for the depreciation and this will be settled with a possible refund.

Returns Pallet

You can return the pallet yourself. Add the copy of the invoice / packing slip and the fully completed withdrawal form. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

We recommend that you let us collect the pallet. You can request the return amount via info@lignaco.com . Also add the copy of the invoice / packing slip and the fully completed withdrawal form. Goods must be returned within 14 days after delivery or a return must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
